We also accept money orders and  cashier's checks.  Call or email to verify availability and shipping costs.  When you are ready to purchase, either use the "Add To Cart" buttons  that appear on many item pages, or we will send you an invoice via email.

New merchandise comes with factory warranty unless otherwise indicated.  We do not publish our prices on many new items because of competition or dealer policies.  

Used merchandise pricing is based on estimated retail value and condition of item.  Used merchandise is checked by in-house staff to ensure that it is in working condition unless stated otherwise.  We have a 48-hour return policy on used merchandise.  Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.  See below for more on shipping & return policies.

Inquiries should include your name, e-mail address, and location including zip code.  We do not respond to frivolous messages or to any solicitations.

All items we sell are checked, packed with care, and insured in transit by UPS.

Shipping policies:

In-stock items paid for via money order or cashier's check ship within 24 hours of processing of received payment
In-stock items paid for via PayPal ship within 24 hours of cleared payment
We do not ship anything over 50 lbs without prior special arrangements
All instruments ship by insured UPS ground 
We may ship some smaller items via First Class Mail
We do not ship outside of the United States unless prior arrangements are made
Original shipping & handling fees are non-refundable

Shippers

    Our standard shipping rates are based on the cost of the item, and include not only the cost to ship the item, but the cost of packaging and labor.  The shipping rates below apply only to orders shipped in the Western United States.  Orders from Central or Eastern United States or to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, may be charged additional shipping for large and/or heavy items.  This is due to UPS rates rising significantly in recent months.  If additional charges apply to your order you will receive an invoice for the additional amount.

Return policies:

We do not accept returns unless you have first contacted us to approve the return.  We recommend that you use a shipping method that provides delivery or signature confirmation when sending the merchandise back to us.  We do not issue call tags.  We will begin to process refund or credit requests as soon as merchandise is returned to our store in original sale condition.  If you received free shipping, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or credit amount.  No merchandise may be returned more than 30 days after purchase. We do not offer after-sale discounts or rebates of any kind.
